We have compiled this list that is comprehensive and allows you to make your decision based on up-front actual costings of most jobs.

If you are not located in Gympie, please ask us if a travel surcharge applies to your area. We service most areas and many can be booked with other jobs in your area without surcharge. However, on occasion, we may need to charge travel costs in line with distance travelled by our Cleaners and Yard Service People.

Hourly rate is applied per cleaner or yards person attending any job.

We are very open with our pricing upfront and these prices are reliable guides when considering our services. Certain jobs can be done on a per/job rate which will not deviate from the quote provided regardless of time required.

Cooloola cleaning is able to provide a cleaning service to businesses or confined locations following a confirmed case of Coronavirus following the Queensland Goverment, Department of Health "Environmental cleaning and disinfection principles for COVID-19".

HOUSE AND DOMESTIC CLEANING.

Home Clean Package from $65

Includes all floors vacuumed and mopped.

Up to 2 bathrooms cleaned.

Kitchen benches and cupboard doors cleaned .

*Mould removal (additional $5 per hour), oven cleaning ($30 surcharge on top of package), washing, folding , ironing and dishes etc. add $40/hr, charged only in 15 minute blocks immidiately following your house clean (i.e additional time 0-15 minutes = $10, 15-30 minutes $20 and so on).

Handy Man Job? Book us from just $35 per hour plus materials. Call us today for a quote, or ask us for a certain timed booking and sit back while we fix everything on your to-do list.

PRESSURE WASHING / CLEANINGSERVICES.

Pressure Cleaning from $50 per hour. (min. 2 hour). Inclusive price package quotes available for all jobs free of charge at request. Then no unknown hourly rate applies, just the quoted price!

Such as external house wash. Including mould killing product.

Veranda, deck or entertaining area wash.

Paths and Driveways.

NEW!! Roof cleaning service. Our cleaners will wear a safety harness secured to your roof and wash away mould, grime and build up with a pressure washer. See below.

We can work at $50 per hour including reasonable use of product (unreasonable use of product would be discussed prior to service and is generally for heavily oil soiled concrete or special requests made by customer. General mould removal products are included in services such as external house cleaning).

We can also quote on full jobs at a 'job price' and not by the hour, so ask us to come and view your property or business for a comprehensive full quote inclusive of all products, material and time.

Additional charges may apply if scaffolding is required.

ROOF CLEANING.

Roof pressure washing / cleaning from $75 per hour (min. 2 hours).

Get that drab and moudly roof beautiful again. Our pressure cleaning services are carried out by professionals with professional safety equipment. They have a range of attachments and nozzles suitable for all spaces and an extra powerful machine equipped with very long hoses allowing for large cleaning space coverage.

WINDOW CLEANING

form $50 per hour. (min. 1.5 hours).

Window cleaning (Inside/Outside/Screens and Tracks).

Additional charges may apply if scaffolding is required for height.

EXTERNAL HOUSE CLEANING

(Sponge or Pressure Wash)

from $50 per hour (min 1 hour).

We offer an hourly rate for external house cleaning. This is a full external house clean (excluding the roof). You can ask us to work at an hourly rate or provide a full house quote. Scaffolding additional if required. This will be built into a full job quote price. So if you need mud, dust or mould removed from the outside of your house, contact us today to see how we can help you.

BUILDERS CLEAN - NEW BUILD OR RENOVATION

from. $5.50 per m2

Our builders cleans are $5.50 per m2 inc. GST per m2. Fully inclusive prices can be arranged by negotiation for large, or multiple jobs.

BUSINESS CLEANING SERVICES.

Business Cleaning from $40 per hour (min 2 ours).

We offer an affordable business cleaning solution. From $40 an hour you can have your office or workplace spic and span. Ready for customers and clients to arrive, or for a clutter free and clean work environment. From $40 an hour gets all the benefits of domestic general clean - with the peace of mind of an insured business offering tax invoices. Arrange to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Arrange your clean daily, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, we tailor this service to suit you. We offer you the choice of services and preferred grade of product (such as heavy duty / hospital grade etc.) . Our machines and cords are all tested and tagged every 3 months ensuring they are in top working condition. We can help with keep your business clean after hours while you are out, so you can return to a sparkling office! We can offer you an affordable accommodation cleaning package to suit you. Whether you are high-end multiple floor accommodation or simply just renting out your holiday house, we can help you with all forms of cleaning jobs and many quick handy-man jobs. Do not get suckered in to high-cost hourly rates where the jobs are passed on again. Contact us about our hourly and room rate. We can get that turn-down done and dusted quickly and that house ready for those next lot of holiday tenants.

MEDICAL OFFICE / ROOMS.

(inc. GP, radiology, dentistry, cosmetic, pharmacy, surgical and more)

from $40 per hour.

We use a range of hospital-grade disinfectants to clean all surfaces including the floor. Our cleaners are efficient and can work both in and out-of-hours as well as weekends to suit your needs. GROUNDS, YARD , DUMPING AND GARDEN SERVICES.

Yard Maintenance For Business Clients from $45.

We offer a comprehensive grounds, garden and yard maintenance for business and commercial clients from just $45. Every ground, garden and lawn is different, so call us for a quote today. We offer mowing, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, green waste removal and so much more. These services can be additional to your standard cleaning service, or as a stand alone service. Call or message us with your requirements today.

YARD AND GARDEN SERVICES.

For Domestic Clients from $55-

We offer a fortnightly service in Summer and monthly service in Winter to service our domestic clients. Unfortunately due to dumping costs - to keep our pricing down, we have had to swap our domestic clients to a "drop-only" service. Which is your lawn professionally whipper-snipped and mowed, but all clippings dropped. Most lawns come in at the $55 rate and only larger lawns and acreage will change the price - this is to give complete transparency. This is completed on a lawn-only day provided by our fantastic multi-skilled yard man. However spaces are limited due to allowing only one day per fortnight/month (depending on seasonal weather) for our lawn services. Unfortunately we cannot allow different days and if you miss out, we can only book you on the following lawn list. Please note, that while all care is taken to make your lawn absolutely beautiful - however very over-grown or randomly booked lawns may not look as nice when completed as standard over-growth lawns which are regularly booked and maintained on our lawn days.

We do offer a comprehensive lawn service (like what is offered to our business clients) to those who require more than 4 hours lawn services (such as an out-of control garden or wanting many plants pruned. The price is $170 for up to 4 hours work and then $40 per additional hour. Dumping for GREEN WASTE ONLY is charged at $45 per load (no additional time or dump cost is charged per load and the load can be built all day at your property, by our yards person and just dumped at the end of the day to save on fees - if there is enough space to do so). Unlike the cleaning service, our yard services need to be charged in complete hour blocks due to the different nature of the job being completed.

RUBBISH REMOVAL

from $65.

Rubbish removal is from $65 per load. This service includes the collection, trailer removal and dumping of rubbish items. It also includes the standard rubbish rate charged at the dump for dumping. Any additional dumping costs (on top of standard dump rates, will be charged on top). A list of these rates can be obtained from your local council website.
